Mall Rats raised from the ashes of Lloyd center mall in Portland Oregon in 2022. It started as a gathering of like minded artists & creatives looking for a way to get back in front of real life humans instead of staring at a telephone screen. We found out that the best medicine & motivation is being around other artists & friends & being inspired by what the people around you are making. Mall Rats is all about community over capitalism or competition. Its about meeting the person next to you & using the time to figure out ways to work together & collaborate instead of hustling for likes, hearts or money.  The goal is to hopefully inspire someone else with some cool stuff you make & at the very least make a new friend.
